“ Lunedì di Pasquetta, il titolare accetta la nostra prenotazione tardiva e pur avendo il ristorante pieno, ci sistema in giardino all’ombra di un albero. Questa scelta è stata vincente, senza alcuna pecca del servizio che si è rivelato celere ed efficiente nonostante il ristorante interno fosse pieno. La cucina, seppure a gestione familiare, si è rivelata una bellissima sorpresa. Il menù nuovo è mai monotono, prevedeva delle prelibatezze gourmet. Che prima di deliziare il palato, avevano un effetto visivo invitante. Il cameriere, ripeto nonostante fossimo fuori del ristorante, era sempre pronto a cogliere ogni nostra richiesta. “ This review is for Americans and Canadians. I've been here twice. The first time was by myself, the second time was with a group of about 12 people, all Italians. Everything was great. You must understand that this is in Italy and they love to share meals with friends so it can get pretty loud when everyone is laughing and talking at the same time. And a lot of the patrons were there after church! I can't imagine this scenario in the US. You'd be asked to tone it down unless it was Super Sunday at a sports bar. And in Italy, public intoxication is highly frowned upon. They are loud and boisterous because they're happy. I understand about the lack of menus but they do tell you what is on offer. You can also order one course at a time. We picked our antipasti. Then it was time for primi, then secondi then dolce. Each person either picked or skipped courses according to their choice. Italian waiters don't hover over you and ask how everything is every 5 minutes, but they are fully aware of how the meal is progressing. Sit back and enjoy the ride. ”
